1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web portals, digital services, and inquiry conduits of the Indo Global Business Chamber, visitors and delegates agree to adhere to these institutional terms and all governing bilateral trade conventions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The names, trademarks, emblems, heraldic crests, reports, and visual designs of the Indo Global Business Chamber are protected under national and international intellectual property statutes. No reproduction or commercial re-dissemination is permitted without prior written authorization from the Secretariat.

3. Bilateral Inquiries & Representations

Parties submitting trade inquiries, partnership proposals, or delegation dossiers represent and warrant that all submitted details are accurate, lawful, and authorized by their respective corporate governance bodies.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Chamber operates as a non-governmental institutional facilitator and policy advocacy body. While every effort is made to ensure accurate market intelligence and credible introductions, the Chamber shall not be liable for direct or indirect commercial outcomes, statutory tariff modifications, or sovereign regulatory decisions.

5. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any institutional disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
